At AXCESS, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy below for clarity on purchases.

1. Digital Courses & Plugins

All sales of digital courses and plugins are final. No refunds will be issued once access is granted or the file is delivered.
In case of technical issues, contact us within 3 days for assistance.

2. Training & Consultation Services

If you cancel your registration at least 48 hours before a training session or consultancy meeting, a partial refund (minus administrative charges) may be considered.
No refunds will be granted for missed sessions or late cancellations.

3. Custom Services (Web Development, Marketing, etc.)

Refunds for customized services are evaluated case-by-case and subject to contract terms.
A partial refund may be considered if a project has not yet been initiated.
